Epson WF-4047 Scan to email

Has anyone been able to use the scan to email feature of this printer? I can't get it to connect to send an email. I want to be able to scan a document and send it to an email directly from the printer but I always get an error message. I tried 3 different email setups.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Same issue with my brand new WF-4820. Did you ever get this resolved?
