Thought I would post this information I got from my call to Epson. I have seen plenty of posts on the net about this being an issue you can fix by downloading updated software...According to Epson this is not a software problem, it is a hardware problem. I have updated my software, but that has not fixed the fact that the printer screen is stuck on this error message, and the only thing I can do is turn the machine on and off. It is hooked up using the wireless which is still working, as I am still able to print to it. The scan feature does not work at all.
