Epson WF-7610 feed rubber needs repair

I have 4 of these printers which I use for 11/17 printing. After a few thousand impressions they all begin to grab the paper and feed it crooked, which often causes a jam. If I take a wire brush to the larger rubber roller, that seems to help it but not for very long---maybe another 1000 impressions. Any other suggestions?
