Epson WF-7620 Non Responsive Control Panel

Hello all,

My WF-7620 suddenly failed me. From one day to the next the control panel on the printer became non responsive. I have tried all the regula thigs like rebooting the computer, rebooting the printer, removing power to the printer for 10 minutes ans do a restart, upgrade my printer software etc, etc.
Does anyone else have/had this problem and what can be done about it?

Thank you for the suggestions. The problem seems to worsen. Yesterday I could print from my computer, today, after a suggested magenta ink cartridge replacement, the printer responds with "not ready" error message.
Nice going so far...
