When I power up my WF 7710, in initializing the carriage normally will move around a bit before it is ready to use. I removed and replaced the print head after struggling for some time with ink problems. Now, when the printer is started, the carriage will move to the far left, I hear a very short and loud sound as if a gear is not meshing, the printer stops and an error 31 appears on the display. What is error 31?
