Epson WF-7720 Remote print tabloid

I cant get my printer to remotely print 11x17 page. i had first tried email print but that size was'nt an option so i set up remote print and found the option for tabloid. but when I print it it prints A4. if i tell it to print out of cassette 2 (where i have the 11x17) and select 11x17 print it says the paper i selected isn't in that casette and if i look at the information of the error i see it was sent to the computer as A4 even though i chose tabloid. Its an epson WF 7720. any help is appreciated.
