Hi, so after a longer period of trying to clean my epson wf-8510 (stationairy ink-casettes) printhead with the various cleaning cycles that is in the pc software, and through it's internal nozzle cleaner, i instead dissasemblied the printer to do a manual clean. After a few days of trying to clean the printer head with a windex-drenched napkin I did what now in retrospect was maybe not such a good idea. I dismantled the printer head and the hoses connecting it. I realise I would probably have to do alot of alignment work to get it all back together but yeah, I felt I was out of options. After cleaning the head with windex and with water i remounted the printer head and the hoses. After this I could print again, with so-so prints all though still not terrible. After a few prints the prints stared coming out completely blank. The printer still runs, but the paper is almost totally white. Sometims there is tiny lines here and there. Ive since then tried these things without effect: printing out 100 ful-color photos A4, using a syringe and hose to eject possible air from the hoses (all though not this actually worked, could be there ise some sort of valve that needs to be open), 3-4 nozzle head cleaning cycles. Anyone got some ideas what I could try next? Do you like me think there could be a problem with air in the system, not having the vacuum to be able to suck the ink from the casettes? Best, Oskar
