Epson WF2750 Draft Quality Grayed Out

From the print menu the "Media & Quality" option has a slide indicator for Quality option that lists DRAFT, NORMAL, BEST. On my new WF2750 the DRAFT option is "grayed" out and therefore cannot be chosen.

How do I get the DRAFT function to work?
