I am trying to print. Every time I do, it loads paper into the printer from the tray and stops. It stops in the back section which triggers the paper jam message. There is nothing that I can see stopping the paper from traveling through the paper path. I have removed the back cover. the paper is always sitting there, loose and not crammed in or wrinkled. Any suggestions?
