Epson Workforce Pro WF-3730 printer

I have just replaced the ink cartridges ( original Epson cartridges ) in the above mentioned printer. Now it won't print from the computer.
I have unplugged and re-plugged but to no avail. Any suggestions ?
Stephen Clark.
P.S. Epson customer service is virtually non-existent.
