Epson Workforce WP-2760 scan problem

After being out of town for an extended time, my Epson Workforce WP-2760 will only scan on the plate and I cannot any longer see the feeder option. Tried everything, no luck. Worked before, not now. Mac OS Version 10.13.1. Please help !

Sorry but do not understand "plate" or "feeder option".
If you can use your Epson as a copy machine (scan & print scanned copy) using printer control panel, seems printer working normally.

Therefore would suspect a Mac computer problem..
Uninstall previous WP-2760 computer printer driver and re-install using Epson Install Cd. Or download appropriate printer driver from Epson & re-install. Again, you must un-install original installation first.

You may be having an Epson Workforce WP-2700 scanner with the wrong model. If you have an Epson Workforce WP-2700 scanner with the wrong model, it should be for repair or for some other specific reason. To change the model, please see the next sentence.
