epson wp-4535 printer resetting???

Hi all

Ok , so ive had my epson wp-4535 printer for a couple of years now but just lately its been misbehaving.

Today i am about 2 mins from smashing it to pieces....

The problem i'm having is that it is on a constant turn on, make stupid print head type squealing noise then freeze before doing it all again?

would really be made up for some pointers on how to sort this....

The pc is an HP all in one running windows 10.

I think maybe you are having a new common problem,starting today 2016/12/06 Google print service are causing the printers to crash. You need to disable that ( may need to disconnect from wifi first) in the settings.

Thanks for your suggestion, this however has not rectified it... cant help but think maybe a new printer is on the cards...

The printer wasn't connected to the Google Cloud Print when i checked.....

Thanks for the pointers.

As it happens the problem righted itself...I don't know....I'm still confused by the whole thing....

Turned on expecting the whole loop thing and it just printed out a test page, I did a print head check and bingo! All back to normal...weird.
