Hi,
I have an Epson XP-235 Pinter/Scanner.
When I go to print, it struggles to first grip the paper, then when it does, it just feeds it straight through and then tells me that I have no paper and to refill when I have plenty of paper available.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Also, when my printer does print the start of my page sometimes stubs on something either the printer head or that part underneath the paper... I don't know if it is to guide the paper or what the paper rests on when the printer head goes across it when printing....???
This is what I have done so far:
Thanks in advance!

This is what I have done so far:
- Done a nozzle check and a printer head clean and a print head alignment.
- I was having an issue with splotches of ink on my paper so I removed and cleaned the waste ink pads -- this didn't solve the issue completely.
- Cleaned under the printer head with a soft cloth -- This really helped, the ink splotches are very minor now.
- Removed paper roller and cleaned with a damp cloth, worked the first time when I did a nozzle check and printed, then stopped working after I tried to print again normally...???
Thanks in advance!
