Epson xp-312 reset software Error E-10 an ink pad needs service

Hi would anyone have the epson reset tool for this printer as there is an error E10 ink pad needs service
sounds like it needs to be reset as it was printing fine changed a cartrige done a head cleaning and then it came up with that
and wont let me print , if anyone has or can point me to the softare to over ride it that would be great .
