Epson xp-312 service reset software needed

my printer has a e10 error and wont let me print , i am sure it needs to be re-set to reset it as there must be some counter inside that stops it running after its done a set amount of head cleaning , was printing fine changed the carts and done a head cleaning cycle and the error came up , if i didnt do the head cleaning it would have still worked , so i need to reset the printer count back any help would be great .
