Hi - have replaced two new cartridges (majenta & cyan) and for some reason, the ink has not charged ... Cannot seem to find (anywhere) how to get it to charge
Bingo! - I cleaned the head, twice (again) and for some reason I have full colour back - obviously ink delivered although it never charged for 3 minutes when the cartridges were replaced but I'll take it
