I have cleaned the print heads numerous times and replaced the ink and I still get black smudges and lines throughout my printed pages. Any suggestions?
I've had the same issues for the past 6 months, contacted Epson, with no satisfaction, and will now look for another printer. I have numerous other complaints about this model, which I just posted in this forum.
