Hi all,
I have an Epson XP-820 printer. Over the past several months, it has started smeary streaks in random places when printing photo images (see image). I am using manufacturer cartridges. I have tried Epson glossy paper. I have tried cleaning sheets made for Epson printers (see image), but it still persists. I now know that somewhere in this printer is an area in dire need of cleaning. I just am not sure where. I am not afraid of getting dirty or taking something apart, so before I donate this to Goodwill and go buy another printer, can anyone offer any advice?
Much appreciated.
Edit: The streaks can appear anywhere such as the middle of the paper.
