Epson XP-970 Defaults to CD/DVD

My Epson XP-970 thinks that I am trying to print on a CD/DVD when I try to print on 4x6 paper. It prints normally on letter size paper. I reinstalled the software and restated the Windows 11 PC as well as the printer. The firmware is up to date. All printer settings are correct. Does anyone have a suggestion?
