Epson XP760 Not Connected

Hi My daughter's XP760 printer will print from Wi-Fi but not from Ethernet. Print jobs go to the queue but do not print. I have been to Epson and downloaded updated drivers but it crashed when trying to update Firmware. I have changed the Ethernet cable for another. But the connected light on my TP-Link switch does not light up. I have connected directly to my BT Home Hub and still no printing. The printer status is Not Connected. I have used the troubleshooter but there are no issues.My question is how do I get the printer connected, Device Managed only lists Print Queues.

Regret to tell you, but failure during firmware update usually destroys printer permanently.
You might check with Epson to see if there is solution.

Hi Ruffin Well the printer is still working (from Wi-Fi). I think the firmware upgrade failed as the printer couldn't be accessed.
