Error 0x00000709 in Epson L550 Printer.

Just Installed Epson L550 Printer and printed test page but when tried to print pdf file, excel, word doc in print there is no option to print from epson.

when went in device and printer and tried to make epson L550 series a default printer error appears " Operation Could not be completed (error 0x00000709). Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network."

i am using windows 7 os.

1. Click Start and select “Devices & Printers”



2. Right click on the name of your printer and select “see what’s printing”

3. In the que view, select “Open As Administrator”

4. Then select “Set As Default Printer” on the main menu, note if it is already opened up as administrator, then you may not see the option to open it as administrator.
