ET-2850 Printing C5 Envelops

I thought I was pretty computer savvy. But the Epson interface has stumped me. I'm trying to print C5 envlopes I have created a custom size on the print panel and also when I select print. Nothing seems to work. Has anyone got any ideas how to do this? Thanks

FYI its an epson eco tank printer
