Bought in Feb 25, this ET-4850 has been working well, but now will not WiFi connect to my router. Onboard printer Network Connections Check lists Error E-6, suggesting in text that router MAC address might be filtered - its not!
The report states that Signal Strength is "poor". I think its non existant! Nothing has altered as far as the router, everything else connected (unchanged) works. The printer is less than 3 metres away in the same room.
All tests fail, all attempts to regain WiFi via menu options and with and without pairing WPS at Router will not find the Router.
Its on the latest firmware (and did not fail concurrently with that update).
I have switched to wired Ethernet (which is inconvenient) and that works OK.
Anything I can do please or is this a return/repair losing its use?
