When I initially started using this model the photos I printed were perfect, now whenever I try printing a photo all I get is one color, yellow. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I fix it???
Try running a printhead cleaning program. these heads seem to block fairly easily if the printer is not used for a couple of weeks.
Dont forget to install any firmware upgrades immediately when available - if you don't, the printer won't work until you do !
