Hi everybody,
I know it may seem a stupid question, but...I try to connect the ethernet port of the printer, I've tried a dozen of ethernet cables, but NONE of them can insert inside the ethernet port of the CLP-365W: in fact no one of the cables can obtain the typical "click" when inserted; no typical flashing light of the ethernet connection, the printer is not seen by the router, and anyway the cable is loosing, NOT firmly connected.
What can I do? Is there a protection, something, to remove from the ethernet port of the printer, before connecting it to the ethernet cable?
I add that I've connected many other ethernet devices before: never a problem.
Thanks
