False paper jam message? Epson Workforce 845

I get paper jam or out of paper message on Epson 845 when there is no jam and paper is full. Will on occasion print a page from copier so nothing wrong re picking up paper or printing it. Have tried removing and reinstalling ink cartridges. Any other suggestions? Printer out of warranty by several years. Time to replace it?
