Faxing through cell phone

I have a WF-3540 all-in-one printer and recently got rid of my telephone landline. Is it possible to connect a cell phone to the printer and send a fax from the printer through the cell phone and vise versa for receiving faxes? If so, what equipment will I need and how is this accomplished?
