Fitting font on 'Letter' (8.5'*11') Size Paper- HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw

My institution bought the above indicated printer for printing transcripts. However, unlike the old printer, the new prints don't fit on the special transcripts paper...they are spilling over. The 1st image is the good print that fits all the characters. The second is the print by the new printer. We are printing directly from the server, so no word processors to adjust the font size. How do we proceed?
We have tried adjusting the font size, font point size, font pitch, form length, etc...all futile.
