FS-1118MFP Windows 7 Scanner Driver

There is no scanner driver for this OS on Kyocera's web site. I tried downloading the Vista scanner drivers (WIA and TWAIN) but when unzipped there are files only and no installer executable.

Anyone know how to install those?
