Fuji Xerox not printing Word docs

My FX DocuPrint P265 will print out an adobe file ok but has suddenly stopped printing my Word documents. It now prints horizontal lines instead when I send a Word doc to be printed. I tried turning it off and on again but it made no difference. Would anyone know what has happened?
