FujiXerox cm205fw problem

Hi,
I bought this printer, not new, and it prints very good. It's a multifunction and when I tried the scanner, the end result was two thick lines down one side, one black, one grey.

I've never seen this kind of problem before and can't get any help from the Xerox site.
Have you ever had this problem? If so, how did you repair it please?
