Hello all,
I work for a small business that uses HP 4014n printers for all of our letter-sized printing needs. To stay ahead of the game, we keep and store genuine HP maintenance kits in the server room so we can quickly fix a printer up when it needs a maintenance kit installed. Recently, the last 4 (Yes, FOUR) maintenance kits we've installed have had fuser errors - runs, toner not properly bonding to the paper, and 50.2 fuser errors. These maintenance kits were ordered from different vendors, and we've used them all in the past before with no issues. The only thing that's changed is that now we store them in the server room that is constantly air conditioned -- would storing these maintenance kits in an area with constant AC cause any problems? Has anyone ever had this issue before? Thanks
