Green only printing

I am using an Epson SX435W and having loaded, correctly , new cartridges and I find that the printer will only print in green or yellow. However, the printer recognises that the cartridges are installed and I have cleaned the nozzles but still prints incorrectly. Has any one any suggestions ?
