Having media jam issues with Epson SC-S80610 printer

Hello! I work with a Epson SureColor S80610 printer and a few days back I accidentally stopped the printing head while it was printing. Now every time the printer finishes printing it crashes and gives me a media jam error, so I have to restart the thing after every use. Has anyone had this problem before? I've cleaned all the sensors I can get to and someone suggested to do a "switch off and unplug" kind of restart so I did that as well and nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
