Help!: Half image print from Samsung c1860fw

My printer has been sitting a while.
Could not get a color print even though cartridges were replaced before sitting. Tried the copy function from the scanner platform and only half the page vertically printed.

Photos attached, as I'm sure I'm using the wrong terminology. Must perform repairs myself. Help!
