I'm lookin for a way to turn sleeping mode off for Wi-Fi printer. I found an old FAQ post in official Brother site
how to do this.

"Sleep mode can be turned off.
To turn sleep mode off in Windows 2000 and XP open Printers or Printers and Faxes.
1. Right mouse click the Brother printer and left click Printing Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab, select Device Options and then select Sleep Time.
3. Double click the word Sleep Time in the Sleep Time screen on the right side, this will allow the Sleep Time Off function to appear.
4. Click Sleep Time Off to stop the printer going into sleep mode. The Sleep Time Off function can be hidden by double clicking the word Sleep Time in the Sleep Time screen again.
5. Click Apply to save this change."
I really appreciate if somebody check if this feature is still available in Windows 10.
