HL-L3230CDW Waste Bin does not reset after replaced with a new one

I have replaced the toner waste bin in our L3230CDW printer and it keeps tellling me that the new one is full. I have reset the machine several times. It may printer 3 pages after a reset and then it will stop the machine and say Waste bin is full. Change Waste bin. Any clues?
