HL6180DW printing is light

I have tried all the troubleshooting, increased density, removed and reinstalled driver package, replaced toner cartridge and drum. Still light text everywhere. It is maybe 25% lighter than fully dark, the way it used to be. Count is 23,624. Wondering what to do next. All help greatly appreciated.
