With regards to power failure and since you already replace a new power supply it could be that the power port is loose or the printer itself needs repair. About the model of your printer 810C in my opinion I dont think HP still support this product. My advice is to buy new printer instead. To have this printer repaired to a local technician would cost you same as much as buying a new printer.
