Holographic Silver Gold foiled printer required

Guys

Wanting some advice in finding a printer which would suit my needs of printing Silver Gold foiled writing on a A4 sheet paper.

If there is one which does normal laser printing combined with Silver Gold foiled too, would be even better.

I have attached a picture of the kind of DIY projects would like the printer to do.

Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Ok , is there a printer which just does the foil part printing instead of a 2 in 1 ?

Basically something like these on ebay listing.
Are they printed via a digital foil printer or hand crafted with manual foil print?
