Horizontal Line Only From PCs

When we print from any of our Windows devices to our Brother HL-L2340DW printer there is a black line about 2 inches from the top of the page on every document. There is no black line when printing from any iOS device or when printing reports directly from the printer. Any suggestions

Very strange, what windows are you using, have you seen if there are any updates for your printer model. If it was a toner or drum unit issue, it should do it from all printouts.
Does it do this from any document you print from the windows device, for example from word, internet, excel
