Dear everyone,
I've a HP printer ( LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw).
In the last few weeks there has been a problem in the printouts; if I print for the first time after a few hours, the first printout is full of horizontal black lines (approximately half inch high), these lines shrink after a few consecutive prints: after 3/4 printed sheets, the print is perfect. I have already replaced the toner (brand new HP).
I disassembled the transfer belt: both the film and the transfer roll were full of ink which I completely removed (hoping I did the right thing), but the problem described above still occurs.
Do you advise to buy a new transfer belt (in case where can i find it? Since I contacted HP and they don't sell it separately) or is there anything else I can do?
Thanks in advance
