Horizontal lines when scanning or copying

Hello, HP Officejet Pro8610, I know it's so old, but suddenly it started malfunctioning: ok with printing documents from pc; if I scan a page on the glass I can see immediately the page full of tiny lines, the same if I make a copy from the glass. I rarely use ADF, anyway I get the same results. Desperate. Tried to clean the heads of the cartridges. Updated the software...
