How to Change on Android Phone Default Print Services

I have an Epson WF-4820 and a Samsung Galaxy S 23 Ultra.

When I am looking at a picture or pdf file and tap the three vertical dots, and choose Print from that menu it doesn't go to Epson Smart Panel. If I share that picture instead, I can choose Epson iPrint.

Not sure, but my guess is that I need to change the default print services to fix this.
