How to clear error from Canon Pixima iP4600 printer memory

hi there. Please help. I'm not getting any help from Canon.

My Pixima has a 10- orange flashing error which has to do with the duplex printing I was attempting. I have clearer the paper and deleted the print job. Also powered off the printer but as soon as I switch it back on the printer remembers this error and starts flashing orange again.

I desperately want to clear this error from the printer memory but cannot find any info on how to do this.

I have searched thru their website but did not come across any suggestions. Even tried calling Canon but without any success
