Hi everyone,
I am trying to find out how to disable the "End of Cartridge Lifetime" error full-screen message that pops up when we start the printer.
People in our company want to use the cartridges until they are really empty. However, every time they turn on their printers, this error message pops up. They can still print after they accept the error message, but it's an issue of convenience at this point.
I wonder if it is possible to turn it off, or would I have to reset some kind of page count on the cartridge or in the service menu of the printer?
I am a noob when it comes to this kind of problem, so I am super grateful for any kind of help. Thank you!
