How to disable Epson XP7100 pop up when printing

Hello, please how to disable the Epson XP7100 window that pops up when printing every document. I want Epson to print in the background. Every time this pop up displays it will stop what I am doing, like writing email, word documents, excel spreadsheets. This is annoying and against any productivity rule.

Any advice is welcome.
