How to print 4 A5 flyers on an A3 sheet duplex using a Konica Minolta Bizhub C7000?

I am trying to print 4 A5 flyers (Duplex) on A3 paper using the Konica Minolta Bizhib C7000. But when I select '4 pages per sheet' under print options, it prints them out really small and not duplex! When I just print 2 per sheet, it prints duplex but not correctly as the back image does not mirror the front image, therefore could not be used as a flyer. Has anyone came across this problem using this printer? I have read the manual and even rang the printer company but to no avail!
