I have a HP350C which I had to assemble. I followed the service manual. When I turn the machine on no LED's light. Then after around 30seconds the ink carriage moves slightly and then comes to an abrupt stop. Nothing after that. If I turn the machine off and then back on the same repeats. Not sure but I think the cable from the front panel assembly to the electronics module is suspect but I have unable to source a supplier.
