HP 3915 only prints font size26 & larger

My HP 3915 stopped printing most things recently.The Compac Presario is running Vista.I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers.I can't get it to print with 2 other computers either.Today while I was playing with it,I found that it prints fonts size 26 and larger and not smaller on the same page.I reset the print spooler,,what ever that is.I downloaded and ran HP printer diagnosis.Every thing looked okay.
Any ideas what I should try.
